Leishman's Stain 25g Blood Stain Romanowski

25g of Leishman's microbiological stain. This is a Romanowski type stain composed of Methylene Blue, Azur and Eosin. It is most commonly used for the staining of blood films, especially in testing for malaria but also for bacteria.

This powder dye should be made up 0.15g in 100ml of methanol. Please note methanol is toxic please handle the solvent and the made up solution with care. The methanol should be an acetone-free grade.
