2 x 100ml microscopy stains: eosin and methylene blue. These two stains are essential for preparing professional microscope slides. Eosin is a cytoplasmic stain used for staining cell cytoplasm pink, while methylene blue is a nuclear stain used for staining a cell nucleus blue.
