| ReturnsTo return an item, first please contact us for a return authorisation. Stating why you wish to return. Include the delivery note / receipt, which was included with the parcel. If you have lost this document, please write your name, address, order number (from delivery note or confirmation email if you still have it), order date and item on a piece of paper and include with the parcel. If the original packaging was damaged in transit, please package the item as best as you can. Terms and conditions apply, please read them before contacting us. Goods can only be returned and refunded within the 14-day approval period (14 days after the date of dispatch). Refunds or replacements will not be issued after this date. Remember that it is your own responsibility to send items back to us. If the item is not received and marked as returned within the specified time, unfortunately a refund will not be issued Exchanges / replacements will be made if requested.
