Ammonium molybdate 10g

Ammonium molybdate reagent is used in classical qualitative analysis to demonstrate phosphate. The specimin is acidfied with concentrated nitric acid and a drop of ammonium molybdate solution added, a bright yellow precipitate indicates phosphate.
